Text

Notwithstanding any other provisions of the statutes of this State, there shall be no requirement that an insurance producer who is a resident of this State must countersign a policy of insurance written by a foreign insurance company. (Added 1973, No. 217 (Adj. Sess.), § 19; amended 2001, No. 97 (Adj. Sess.), § 16.)
