Text
A mutual benefit enterprise or a foreign enterprise that has a certificate of authority under section 1404 of this title shall designate and continuously maintain in this State:
(1)an office, as its designated office, which need not be a place of the enterprise’s or foreign enterprise’s activity in this State; and
(2)an agent for service of process, pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1655, at the designated office. (Added 2011, No. 84 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. April 20, 2012; amended 2025, No. 10, § 22, eff. July 1, 2025.)
