A person may reserve the exclusive use of a business name by delivering an application to the Secretary of State for filing pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1652. (Added 2011, No. 84 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. April 20, 2012; amended 2025, No. 10, § 22, eff. July 1, 2025.)
