§ 78A-5a-302 — Tentative ruling before oral argument.
Utah·Title 78A Judiciary and Judicial Administration·Ch. 78A-5a Business and Chancery Court·Part 78A-5a-3 Business and Chancery Court Proceedings
The Business and Chancery Court shall provide the parties with a proposed ruling on each motion within 48 hours before the day on which oral argument is held on the motion.
