Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Minor" means:
(1)(a)(i) an individual who is under 18 years old;
(1)(a)(ii) an individual who was under 18 years old at the time of the offense and is under 21 years old at the time of all court proceedings; or
(1)(a)(iii) an individual:
(1)(a)(iii)(A) who was 18 years old and enrolled in high school at the time of the offense;
(1)(a)(iii)(B) who is under 21 years old at the time of all court proceedings; and
(1)(a)(iii)(C) who committed the felony offense and any separate offense on school property where the individual was enrolled when school was in session or during a school-sponsored activity, as defined in Section 53G-8-211.
(1)(b) "Qualifying offense" means:
(1)(b)(i) an offense described in Section 80-6-502 or 80-6-503; or
(1)(b)(ii) a felony o
