Text

(1)As used in this section, "commission" means the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice created in Section 63M-7-201.
(2)The Administrative Office of the Courts shall submit the following information to the commission for each criminal case filed with the court:
(2)(a) case number;
(2)(b) the defendant's:
(2)(b)(i) full name;
(2)(b)(ii) offense tracking number; and
(2)(b)(iii) date of birth;
(2)(c) charges filed;
(2)(d) if applicable, all enhancements to the charges against the defendant;
(2)(e) initial appearance date;
(2)(f) bail amount set by the court, if any;
(2)(g) whether the defendant was represented by a public defender, private counsel, or pro se;
(2)(h) whether the defendant has previously been convicted of an offense;
(2)(i) final disposition of the charges; and
(2)(j)
