Text
As used in this part:
(1)"Charging system" means a device that is:
(1)(a) used to provide electricity to an electric or hybrid electric vehicle; and
(1)(b) designed to ensure a safe connection between the electric grid and the vehicle.
(2)"General electrical contractor" means the same as that term is defined in Section 58-55-102.
(3)"Residential electrical contractor" means the same as that term is defined in Section 58-55-102.
