As used in this chapter:

(1)"Acknowledged before me" means:
(1)(a) that the person acknowledging appeared before the person taking the acknowledgment;
(1)(b) that the person acknowledging executed the document;
(1)(c) that, in the case of:
(1)(c)(i) a natural person, the natural person executed the document for the purposes stated in it;
(1)(c)(ii) a corporation, the officer or agent acknowledged the officer or agent held the position or title set forth in the document or certificate, the officer or agent signed the document on behalf of the corporation by proper authority, and the document was the act of the corporation for the purpose stated in it;
(1)(c)(iii) a partnership, the partner or agent acknowledged the partner or agent signed the document on behalf of the partnership by proper
