(1)(1)(a) It is a discriminatory housing practice for a person whose business includes engaging in residential real estate-related transactions to discriminate against a person in making available a residential real estate-related transaction, or in the terms or conditions of the residential real estate-related transaction, because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, source of income, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
(1)(b) Residential real estate-related transactions include:
(1)(b)(i) making or purchasing loans or providing other financial assistance:
(1)(b)(i)(A) for purchasing, constructing, improving, repairing, or maintaining a dwelling; or
(1)(b)(i)(B) secured by residential real estate; or
(1)(b)(ii) selling, brokering, or appraisin
