Text
(1)An individual operating a motorcycle on a highway may not perform a wheelie.
(2)(2)(a) A person who violates Subsection (1) is guilty of an infraction.
(2)(b) If an individual is convicted of a violation of Subsection (1), the Driver License Division shall:
(2)(b)(i) suspend the individual's motorcycle endorsement for a period of 90 days; or
(2)(b)(ii) if the individual does not have a valid motorcycle endorsement, suspend the individual's driver license for a period of 90 days.
(2)(c) If an individual with a motorcycle endorsement is convicted of a second violation of Subsection (1), the Driver License Division shall suspend the individual's motorcycle endorsement for a period of 180 days.
