(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) "Ground transportation vehicle" means a motor vehicle used for the transportation of persons, used in ride or shared ride, on demand, or for hire transportation of passengers or baggage over public highways.
(1)(a)(ii) "Ground transportation vehicle" includes a:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) shared ride vehicle;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) bus;
(1)(a)(ii)(C) courtesy vehicle;
(1)(a)(ii)(D) hotel vehicle;
(1)(a)(ii)(E) limousine;
(1)(a)(ii)(F) minibus;
(1)(a)(ii)(G) special transportation vehicle;
(1)(a)(ii)(H) specialty vehicle;
(1)(a)(ii)(I) taxicab;
(1)(a)(ii)(J) van; or
(1)(a)(ii)(K) trailer being towed by a ground transportation vehicle.
