Text

(1)(1)(a) A farm tractor and a self-propelled implement of husbandry manufactured or assembled after January 1, 1970, shall be equipped with hazard warning lights of a type described in Section 41-6a-1611.
(1)(b) The hazard warning lights shall be:
(1)(b)(i) visible from a distance of not less than 1,000 feet to the front and rear in normal sunlight; and
(1)(b)(ii) displayed whenever a farm tractor or self-propelled implement of husbandry is operated on a highway.
(2)(2)(a) A farm tractor and a self-propelled implement of husbandry manufactured or assembled after January 1, 1970, shall be equipped with lamps and reflectors as required under this section.
(2)(b) A farm tractor and a self-propelled implement of husbandry manufactured or assembled prior to January 1, 1970 shall be equipped
