(1)(1)(a) The following licensees must maintain a principal place of business:
(1)(a)(i) dealers;
(1)(a)(ii) special equipment dealers;
(1)(a)(iii) manufacturers;
(1)(a)(iv) transporters;
(1)(a)(v) remanufacturers;
(1)(a)(vi) dismantlers;
(1)(a)(vii) crushers;
(1)(a)(viii) body shops; and
(1)(a)(ix) distributors who:
(1)(a)(ix)(A) are located within the state; or
(1)(a)(ix)(B) have a branch office within the state.
(1)(b) The administrator may not issue a license under Subsection (1)(a) to an applicant who does not have a principal place of business.
(1)(c) If a licensee changes the location of the licensee's principal place of business, the licensee shall immediately notify the administrator and the administrator shall issue a new license for the unexpired portion of the term of the o
