(1)(1)(a) (1)(a)(i) The owner of an all-terrain type I vehicle, off-highway motorcycle, all-terrain type II vehicle, all-terrain type III vehicle, or snowmobile used for agricultural purposes may apply to the Motor Vehicle Division for an off-highway implement of husbandry sticker.
(1)(a)(ii) Each application under Subsection (1)(a)(i) shall be accompanied by:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) evidence of ownership;
(1)(a)(ii)(B) a title or a manufacturer's certificate of origin; and
(1)(a)(ii)(C) a signed statement certifying that the off-highway vehicle is used for agricultural purposes.
(1)(a)(iii) The owner shall receive an off-highway implement of husbandry sticker upon production of:
(1)(a)(iii)(A) the documents required under this Subsection (1); and
(1)(a)(iii)(B) payment of an off-highway implement
