§ 41-21-1 — Definitions.

(1)"Autocycle" means the same as that term is defined in Section 53-3-102.
(2)"Motorcycle" means:
(2)(a) a motor vehicle having a saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground; or
(2)(b) an autocycle.
(3)(3)(a) "Street rod" means a motor vehicle or motorcycle that:
(3)(a)(i) (3)(a)(i)(A) was manufactured in 1948 or before; or
(3)(a)(i)(B) (3)(a)(i)(B)(I) was manufactured after 1948 to resemble a vehicle that was manufactured in 1948 or before; and
(3)(a)(i)(B)(II) (3)(a)(i)(B)(II)(Aa) has been altered from the manufacturer's original design; or
(3)(a)(i)(B)(II)(Bb) has a body constructed from non-original materials; and
(3)(a)(ii) is primarily a collector's item that is used for:
(3)(a)(ii)(A) club activities;
(3)(a)(ii)(
