Text

(1)Subject to the requirements of this section, a person may register a motorcycle or motor vehicle of 14,000 pounds or less gross laden weight for a six-month period that begins on the first day of the calendar month of registration and expires on the last day of the sixth month of registration.
(2)(2)(a) A person may register the following types of vehicles for a 24-month period that begins the first day of the calendar month of registration and expires on the last day of the 24th month of registration:
(2)(a)(i) a trailer;
(2)(a)(ii) an electric motor vehicle;
(2)(a)(iii) an off-highway vehicle as described in Section 41-22-3; or
(2)(a)(iv) a street-legal all-terrain vehicle as described in Section 41-6a-1509 and Section 41-22-3.
