(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Designated agent" means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-12a-803.
(1)(b) "Domicile" means the place:
(1)(b)(i) where an individual has a fixed permanent home and principal establishment;
(1)(b)(ii) to which the individual if absent, intends to return; and
(1)(b)(iii) in which the individual and his family voluntarily reside, not for a special or temporary purpose, but with the intention of making a permanent home.
(1)(c) (1)(c)(i) "Resident" means any of the following:
(1)(c)(i)(A) an individual who:
(1)(c)(i)(A)(I) has established a domicile in this state;
(1)(c)(i)(A)(II) regardless of domicile, remains in this state for an aggregate period of six months or more during any calendar year;
(1)(c)(i)(A)(III) engages in a trade, profession,
