Text
(1)A sponsoring organization that is a state agency:
(1)(a) shall only use funds received through the sponsored special group license plate program for the implementation or administration of the state agency's designated program; and
(1)(b) may not direct funds received through the sponsored special group license plate program to a nongovernmental entity.
(2)(2)(a) For a classic support special group license plate described in Section 41-1a-419, the division shall require each applicant to pay a $25 contribution to obtain the classic support special group license plate.
(2)(b) The division shall transfer revenue from the classic support special group license plate into the General Fund.
