(1)As used in this section, "unincorporated" means the same as that term is defined in Section 10-1-104.
(2)(2)(a) (2)(a)(i) Except as provided in Subsection (2)(a)(ii), a county legislative body may impose a local option highway construction and transportation corridor preservation fee of up to $10 on each motor vehicle registration within the county.
(2)(a)(ii) A county legislative body may impose a local option highway construction and transportation corridor preservation fee of up to $7.75 on each motor vehicle registration for a six-month registration period under Section 41-1a-215.5 within the county.
(2)(a)(iii) A fee imposed under Subsection (2)(a)(i) or (ii) shall be set in whole dollar increments.
