§ 20A-9-802 — Presidential primary election established -- Other ballot items prohibited.

(1)(1)(a) There is established a presidential primary election held on the first Tuesday in March in the year in which a presidential election will be held.
(1)(b) Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, county clerks shall administer the presidential primary election according to the provisions of this title, including:
(1)(b)(i) Chapter 1, General Provisions;
(1)(b)(ii) Chapter 2, Voter Registration;
(1)(b)(iii) Chapter 3a, Voting;
(1)(b)(iv) Chapter 4, Election Returns and Election Contests;
(1)(b)(v) Chapter 5, Election Administration; and
(1)(b)(vi) Chapter 6, Ballot Form.
