Text

(1)Time is computed in this title as provided in this section.
(2)Except as provided in Subsection (3), or as otherwise expressly provided in this title:
(2)(a) if a provision describes a time period in terms of a certain number of calendar days:
(2)(a)(i) the time period is calculated by consecutive days; and
(2)(a)(ii) the beginning and ending day of the time period is the calendar day on which the time period begins or ends;
(2)(b) if a provision describes a time period in terms of a certain number of business days, only the business days are included in the calculation; and
(2)(c) if a provision describes a time period in terms of a certain number of days rather than calendar days or business days, the days referred to mean calendar days.
