Text

(1)Each state political party shall:
(1)(a) designate a party officer to act as liaison with:
(1)(a)(i) the lieutenant governor's office; and
(1)(a)(ii) each county legislative body; and
(1)(b) no later than 5 p.m. on the first business day that is at least seven calendar days after the day on which the party makes a change in the party liaison, submit the name of the new liaison to the lieutenant governor.
(2)Each state political party and each county political party shall:
(2)(a) submit the name, address, and phone number of each officer to the lieutenant governor no later than 5 p.m. on the first business day that is at least seven calendar days after the officers are selected; and
(2)(b) no later than 5 p.m. on the first business day that is at least seven calendar days after the day
