Text

(1)It is unlawful for any individual to:
(1)(a) sign any name other than the individual's own name to an initiative petition or a statement described in Subsection 20A-7-105(8) or 20A-7-515(4);
(1)(b) knowingly sign the individual's name more than once for the same initiative at one election;
(1)(c) knowingly indicate that an individual who signed an initiative petition signed the initiative petition on a date other than the date that the individual signed the initiative petition;
(1)(d) sign an initiative petition knowing the individual is not a legal voter; or
(1)(e) knowingly and willfully violate any provision of this part.
(2)It is unlawful for an individual to sign the verification for an initiative packet, or to electronically sign the verification for a signature under Subsection
