Text

(1)On the day on which the lieutenant governor complies with Subsection 20A-7-304(3), or provides the sponsors with access to the website defined in Section 20A-21-101, the lieutenant governor shall post the following information together in a conspicuous place on the lieutenant governor's website:
(1)(a) the referendum petition;
(1)(b) a copy of the law that is the subject of the referendum petition; and
(1)(c) information describing how an individual may remove the individual's signature from the referendum petition.
(2)The lieutenant governor shall:
(2)(a) promptly update the information described in Subsection (1) if the information changes; and
(2)(b) maintain the information described in Subsection (1) on the lieutenant governor's website until the referendum fails to qualify for
