1/1/2027
(1)The sponsors shall publish the entire initiative application in the same manner required for a constitutional amendment under Utah Constitution, Article XXIII, Section 1.
(2)If the sponsors fail to comply with Subsection (1):
(2)(a) the initiative cannot be submitted to the voters; and
(2)(b) an election officer may not count votes cast for or against the initiative.
