Text
(1)Within one business day after the day on which the lieutenant governor receives the initial fiscal impact statement under Subsection 20A-7-202.5(3)(a), the lieutenant governor shall post the following information together in a conspicuous place on the lieutenant governor's website:
(1)(a) the initiative application;
(1)(b) the initiative petition;
(1)(c) the text of the proposed law;
(1)(d) the initial fiscal impact statement; and
(1)(e) information describing how an individual may remove the individual's signature from the initiative petition.
(2)The lieutenant governor shall:
(2)(a) promptly update the information described in Subsection (1) if the information changes; and
