Text

(1)Each election officer shall:
(1)(a) print instructions for voters;
(1)(b) ensure that the instructions are printed in English, and any other language required under the Voting Rights Act of 1965, as amended, in large clear type; and
(1)(c) ensure that the instructions inform voters:
(1)(c)(i) about how to obtain, and how to return, ballots for voting;
(1)(c)(ii) about special political party affiliation requirements for voting in a regular primary election or presidential primary election;
(1)(c)(iii) about how to prepare ballots cast at a polling place for deposit in the ballot box;
(1)(c)(iv) about how to prepare a mailed ballot for return;
(1)(c)(v) about how to record write-in votes;
(1)(c)(vi) about how to obtain a new ballot in the place of one spoiled by accident or mistake;
