§ 20A-4-502 — Altering vote count or returns.
Utah·Title 20A Election Code·Ch. 20A-4 Election Returns and Election Contests·Part 20A-4-5 Offenses Involving Election Returns
(1)It is unlawful for any person to:
(1)(a) willfully add to or subtract from the votes actually cast at an election in any election returns; or
(1)(b) alter any election returns.
(2)Any person who violates this section is guilty of a third degree felony.
