Text

(1)A registered voter may vote at a polling place in an election in accordance with this section.
(2)(2)(a) The voter shall give the voter's name, and, if requested, the voter's residence, to one of the poll workers.
(2)(b) The voter shall present valid voter identification to one of the poll workers, as follows:
(2)(b)(i) the voter shall present a currently valid Utah driver license or Utah state identification card;
(2)(b)(ii) if the voter does not have the type of identification described in Subsection (2)(b)(i), the voter shall present:
(2)(b)(ii)(A) a currently valid identification card issued by the state, or a branch, department, or agency of the United States;
(2)(b)(ii)(B) a currently valid Utah permit to carry a concealed weapon;
(2)(b)(ii)(C) a currently valid United States pa
