Text

(1)It is unlawful for any person to:
(1)(a) falsely mark or willfully deface or destroy:
(1)(a)(i) any certificate of nomination or any part of a certificate of nomination; or
(1)(a)(ii) any letter of declination or resignation;
(1)(b) file any certificate of nomination or letter of declination or resignation knowing it, or any part of it, to be falsely made;
(1)(c) suppress any certificate of nomination, or letter of declination or resignation, or any part of a certificate of nomination or letter of declination or resignation that has been legally filed;
(1)(d) forge any letter of declination or resignation;
(1)(e) falsely make the official endorsement on any ballot;
(1)(f) willfully destroy or deface any ballot;
(1)(g) willfully delay the delivery of any ballots;
(1)(h) examine any bal
