Sec. 152.055. LIABILITY OF CORPORATE PROPERTY FOR TAXES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS. The property of a corporation created under Section 152.051 is not exempt from taxes or special assessments imposed by this state or a municipality or other political subdivision of this state.
