Sec. 152.002. APPLICATION OF OTHER LAW.

(a)Unless this chapter expressly provides otherwise, a law that limits, restricts, or imposes an additional requirement on a matter authorized by this chapter does not apply to an action or proceeding under this chapter.

(b)Chapters 1202 and 1204 , Government Code, apply to revenue bonds, notes, or other obligations issued under this chapter. SUBCHAPTER B. NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACTING ON BEHALF OF RIVER AUTHORITY
