Sec. 365.036. REFUNDING BONDS.
(a)A district may issue refunding bonds to refund its bonds under this chapter as provided by Chapter 1371 , Government Code, and Chapter 441 .
(b)Refunding bonds may be payable from taxes, revenues, or a combination of taxes and revenues.
