Sec. 365.031. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS. A district may issue bonds to finance a toll road project:
(1)to the extent and for the purpose a county may pay the cost of a project under Chapter 284 ; and
(2)as provided by Chapter 1371 , Government Code.
