Sec. 342.106. TEMPORARY LICENSE.

(a)Between regular terms of a commissioners court of a county a person may obtain from the county judge a temporary license to operate a public ferry until the next regular term of the commissioners court.
(b)The holder of a temporary license may impose the toll rates imposed at other ferries operating on the same body of water for which the temporary license is issued.
