Sec. 342.104. BOND; LICENSE FEE.
(a)The holder of a license to operate a ferry annually shall execute a bond payable to and approved by the county judge conditioned on the license holder's compliance with this chapter.
(b)The commissioners court shall set the amount of the bond at not less than $1,000.
(c)The commissioners court may impose an annual license fee not to exceed $100.
