Sec. 257.105. HEARING ON PETITION.
(a)At the time and place set for the hearing of a petition presented under Section 257.102 , or on a subsequent date set at that time, the commissioners court of each county in the proposed road district shall hear the petition and all matters relating to the proposed district.
(b)Any interested person may appear before the court in person or by attorney and support or protest the establishment of the proposed road district.
(c)The court may adjourn the hearing from day to day and from time to time as it considers necessary.
