Sec. 8834.052. BOARD POWERS AND DUTIES.
(a)The board has all powers necessary or convenient to carry out its responsibilities and accomplish the purpose of this chapter, whether the powers are specifically authorized by this chapter or are implied by this chapter or other law.
(b)The board shall administer this chapter as provided by Section 8834.003 .
