Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 8515.0306. POWERS RELATING TO WASTE FACILITIES. As a necessary aid to the conservation, control, preservation, and distribution of the water of the Upper Guadalupe River and its tributaries for beneficial use, the authority may:

(1)construct, own, and operate sewage collection, transmission, and disposal services;
(2)charge for a service described by Subdivision (1); and
(3)enter into contracts with municipalities and others in connection with a service described by Subdivision (1).
