Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 8515.0206. OFFICERS.

(a)The governor shall designate a director as president to serve in that capacity at the will of the governor. The president is the authority's chief executive officer and the board's presiding officer.
(b)The board shall elect from the board's membership a vice president, a secretary, and any other officers the board determines necessary.
