Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 8515.0105. TERRITORY.
(a)The authority is composed of the territory described by Subsection (b) as that territory may have been modified under:
(1)Subchapter J , Chapter 49 , Water Code;
(2)Subchapter O , Chapter 51 , Water Code; or
(3)other law.
(b)The authority includes all territory in the boundaries of Kerr County.
