Text of section effective on April 01, 2027 Sec. 8515.0210. SEPARATION OF POLICY-MAKING AND MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS. The board shall develop and implement policies that clearly separate the board's policy-making responsibilities and the general manager's and staff's management responsibilities.
