Sec. 8506.209. POWER OF AUTHORITY TO PURCHASE BONDS ISSUED BY AUTHORITY.

(a)Using any money available for the purpose, the authority may purchase bonds issued by it at a price not exceeding the redemption price applicable at the time of purchase, or, if the bonds are not redeemable, at a price not exceeding the principal amount of the bonds plus accrued interest.
(b)All bonds purchased under this section shall be canceled, and bonds may not be issued in lieu of those bonds.
