Sec. 8506.104. DEVELOPMENT, GENERATION, DISTRIBUTION, AND SALE OF WATER POWER AND ELECTRIC ENERGY.
(a)The authority may:
(1)develop and generate water power and electric energy inside the boundaries of the authority; and
(2)distribute and sell water power and electric energy inside or outside the boundaries of the authority.
(b)A use authorized by this section is subordinate and inferior to an irrigation requirement.
