Sec. 8288.054. OFFICERS AND ASSISTANTS.

(a)The board shall elect a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.
(b)The board shall elect the president and vice president from among the directors.
(c)The president serves for a one-year term.
(d)The offices of secretary and treasurer:
(1)may be held by one person; and
(2)are not required to be held by a director.
(e)The board may appoint one or more assistant officers who are not required to be directors.
