Sec. 8288.051. COMPOSITION OF BOARD; TERMS.
(a)The district is governed by a board of nine elected directors, each of whom occupies a numbered place on the board.
(b)Directors serve staggered terms.
(c)Director elections must be held in the manner provided in the Water Code for municipal utility districts.
