Sec. 3875.035. SECURITY SERVICES. The district may not employ peace officers but may contract for off-duty peace officers to provide public safety and security services as the board determines necessary. Transferred and redesignated from Local Government Code, Chapter 385 by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1236 (S.B. 1296 ), Sec. 21.001(41), eff. September 1, 2015.
