Sec. 1069.056. OFFICERS.
(a)The board shall elect:
(1)a president and a vice president from among its members; and
(2)a secretary, who need not be a director.
(b)Each officer of the board serves a one-year term.
(c)The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the unexpired term.
