Sec. 13.006. LEASE OF LANDS.
(a)The department may lease any land and improvements it holds to a city, county, special district, nonprofit organization, or political subdivision. The leased area may not be referred to as a state facility, and no state funds may be used to operate or maintain a property leased under this section.
(b)The conditions and duration of the lease agreement are determined by the agreement of the department and the lessee.
