Sec. 13.0053. REFERENCE TO HISTORICAL SITES.
(a)In this section, "publication" includes the publication of a book, magazine, photograph, poster, or bulletin.
(b)The department may not refer to a historical site as a "historical park":
(1)in a department publication; or
(2)on a department marker or sign.
